Bella Baxter Events began with the simple idea that events should be stress-free and have personality! We are dedicated to the idea of events truly reflecting the host clients, and that our clients should receive the best service possible. Whether it is a wedding, corporate party, backstage talent lounge, trade show, or charity fundraiser, Bella Baxter wants your guests to see and feel your brand and personality throughout your event.  Best part? We work hard so that you, your family, or your staff get to enjoy every minute of it too! The Bella Baxter team is there from set up to clean up making sure your event is flawless, well managed, and your vision met!

Owner / Senior Event Coordinator

Katherine Shell BensonKatherine Shell Benson has over 15 years of experience as an Event Management Professional. She began her career by obtaining a BS in Culinary Sciences from the Mississippi University for Women. Since then, Katherine has been involved in the collaboration, organization and execution of high profile events for Former President Bill Clinton, Former President George W. Bush, The Chinese Ambassador to the United States, and many noted others. Throughout this time she has also enjoyed perfecting her craft through continued training, public speaking, and local TV appearances. Winner of the Arkansas Diamond Chef’s Classic 2004, she knows both food and event logistics. A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Mississippi University for Women Alumni Association, and the Junior League of Memphis and former member of the Junior League of Little Rock, Katherine has served her community by aiding in the writing of the 2010 Gourmand International’s Best Fundraising Cookbook of the World Winner, JLLR’s Big Taste of Little Rock for which she is credited under her maiden name. In 2015 she served as Chair of JLM’s Merry Marketplace and with her committee raised over $70,000 for JLM funded community projects. She served on the Board of Directors of the Mississippi University For Women Alumni Association from 2014- 2017 and currently serves as Immediate Past-President of the Mid-South Chapter of the MUWAA.


Event Coordinator

Teryn HortonTeryn Horton graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She began her career working for one of the most well established restaurants in Little Rock. Teryn has over seven successful years of experience in Banquet Coordination, Event Management, and Restaurant Management. She has dedicated her time and abilities to help charitable events such as ‘Silent Sunday’ for the Arkansas School for the Deaf, ‘Taste of Little Rock’ for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and events for Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
