Or as she is known in real life, Katherine Shell Benson.

Katherine Shell Benson has over 23 years of experience as an Event Management Professional. She began her career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Sciences from the Mississippi University for Women. Honing her event management skills first through a career in catering management, she opened BBSE, LLC in 2010 with a desire to produce custom tailored events nationwide. Over her career, Katherine has been involved in the collaboration, organization and execution of many high-profile events for U.S. Ambassadors, three U.S. Presidents, numerous celebrities, professional athletes, national brands, and VIP business professionals.

Winner of the Arkansas Diamond Chef’s Classic 2004, she knows both food and event logistics. A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a Sustainer Member in the Junior League of Memphis and former member of the Junior League of Little Rock, a 2018-2019 New Memphis Institute Fellow, and Past President of the Mississippi University for Women Alumni Association Katherine believes in supporting her communities to the fullest. A Little Rock native who graduated from Central High School and very much married into Memphis, Katherine divides her time between her homes in Arkansas and the Mid-South with her husband Floyd, son Reuben, and some very spoiled pets. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, road trips, and a good mystery novel.
