Yes, all the time! We service not only our central areas but the whole states of Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi as well as travel the United States AND internationally. We are really good at packing lol.

We recommend you reserving your date as soon as you can as all dates are first come, first served at Bella Baxter Events. SUPER UNIQUE TO US: Early reserved packages use a custom time frame schedule - meaning, we do one month upon signing to get you in the system, get a few vendors confirmed, get the planning schedule made, etc (Basically we get a good base for the whole thing going), then we break up the rest of the planning months to best fit your wedding needs and create the most successful planning period. ***So you can sign your contract a year before your wedding but book a 6 month package. We break up those months of planning throughout that one year***

No, definitely not! About 80% of our clients do not live in the city they choose to get married in. We have a great system for making amazing events happen from far away! (hint: we use the cloud and zoom alot)

No! We have alot of vendor friends to share with you and we are always open to meeting new vendors. We curate your vendor list suggestions based on your wedding style and vision. It is a very custom process and you pick who you would like to work with.

Yes, at BBSE we believe in transparent budgeting and invoicing. You pay all your vendors directly, we just make sure everything happens to get to that point and the event.

Yes, the other part of our business is venue management consultation and we do that for those two spaces. However, we go to lots of venues for events, not just them, as we have lots of venue friends (as one should!)

We offer flat fee pricing based on Investment Level and Planning Time Length requested. On average, our clients plan for 6 months (*please note this does not mean we start 6 months out from the wedding day. This means 6 months of planning with the early reserve booking system. Please see “How far in advance should I book BBSE" FAQ for more) and spend an average of $6500 for Full Service Planning.

Well, lots of boring things like: experience, expert level, training, etc. but mostly what makes us different is that that we believe in custom weddings that look like the couple no matter how big or how small. We are the people you call for your personality to shine through at the wedding. It is kind of our jam lol.

No, we are design, planning, and logistic experts. We are not florists, rental companies, decor owners, or a stationery shop. (We do know some awesome vendors in all of those categories though!)
